Our Products

We are proud of the products we sell.  We take our time removing each piece.  We then clean each product for shipment. Many structural pieces, frame pieces, mounts, pulleys, wheels, etc, are sanblasted and painted before shipment.  We want to send you the best possilbe product available for your truck.  The part is then logged in our computerized inventory system and put on a shelf awaiting your purchase.

Pricing

All of our products are in US dollars.

Shipping

We offer UPS and USPS shipping.  In most cases, orders placed by 12:00 PM EST are shipped that day.  In some cases, we may be unable to ship your item until the next day.  If there is any delay in shipping your item(s), we will notify you with an estimated shipping time.  Insurance is offered for all products.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  When paying with credit cards, please have your credit card number, 3 or 4 digit code on the back,  and expriration date available.  You will also need your billing address.

We also accept Paypal and money orders.  If paying with Paypal Echeck, please be aware, your order does not ship until the payment is cleared.  This can sometimes hold your order from shipping for several days.

Return Parts Authorization

Any parts to be returned to RF Koskowski Automotive Sales must be pre approved by us.  Email us at sales@allusedtruckparts.com.  Items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.  We will not refund shipping.  All items must be prepaid postage and fully insured, as we will not accept collect shipments.  In cases where a return is due to our error, we will refund or credit the shipping charges.  Return claims must be made within 14 days of the received date of the shipment.  Return claims can only be made as a credit to the credit card or paypal account that made the original purchase.  No returns accepted on installed electrical components, custom items, special orders, or items labeled "AS IS".

Refused Shipments

Any customer who refuses delivery of an order, or gives a wrong shipping address, will be required to pay the additional return shipping charges  These charges must be paid in full before any future orders can be placed.
