A:R.F. Koskowski Automotive Sales is a small family run business located in Fulton, NY. The business has been serving the community since 1972 with quality used auto parts for an affordable price.

Q:Why should I buy a used auto part?

A:There are several reasons to buy used auto parts. Used auto parts offer a savings over new! Used auto parts helps the environment by recycling vehicles.  Some parts are no longer offered new or aftermarket. Used may be the only way in some cases. Used parts are easy to purchase; available 24-7 in our eBay store or website..or give us a call!

Q:Can you send me a tracking number for my purchase?

A:Yes. We automatically send tracking information with all ups orders if we have an email address. If you block emails, check your spam mail; or feel free to call us or email us for tracking info any time.

Q:Can you explain your shipping and handling charges?

A:We offer our customers UPS ground or Priority Mail Shipping at this time. In most cases, the customer can pick between the two options. We ship EVERY package with insurance included. We ship EVERY package to UPS specifications of 2" cushion around every part. We charge the customer for exact shipping plus our cost for materials and insurance.

Q:When will my part ship?

A:Parts that are removed and listed on eBay will ship within 1 business day after payment is received. If a part is requested that has not been removed, it will ship in 2 business days after payment is received.

Q:Is the part pictured in the listing the one I will receive?

A:Unless otherwise stated, the part pictured in the listing is the part you will receive when selecting the "buy it now" button.

Q:What does interchange mean?

A:We have a computerized interchange data system. Interchange assists us in supplying our customers with the correct part that they require when the identical vehicle is not available as a donor. Interchange is a listing of the different vehicles and years that a specific part has been used in.

Q:Will this item fit my car?

A:Please read the description of each item you are interested in. We try to describe the interchange for each part listed. If there is something you feel we missed, email us or give us a call! If you need a part that is not listed in our store, call or email us also!

Q:I need a part that is not listed in your ebay store or website, what do I do?

A:We are hard at work trying to list items in our eBay store and website as well. That being said, it is a huge amount of inventory to be placed online the way we would like to do it and it will be a bit before we can have that accomplished. Give us a call for your part needs!  We have many parts available that have not been listed yet!

Q:I live close to Fulton, NY, can I pick up an item in your store?

A:Absolutely! We have a store front located at 857 Hannibal Street, we always welcome local customers. Just purchase the item in  question from our eBay store   and send us a note letting us know you are coming to pay or pick it up!

Q:Which is the left side and which is the right side of a car?

A:In the United States, the left side of the vehicle is the driver side and the right side of the vehicle is the passenger side.

Q:Will you combine shipping if I purchase multiple items from you?

A:Yes. When practical, we will combine multiple purchases to save you money on shipping. We will charge for the weight and dimension of the item, insurance, and materials.

Q:Shipping seems a bit high for the item I want, is this correct?

A:Sometimes the shipping calculator may show a higher shipping cost. If you    feel you are being quoted high, email us and we will check it. If it is  correct, we will explain why that is.
